2. Vitamin B12

About 50% of patients with tinnitus are deficient in vitamin B12. A large number of people with low B12 levels have confirmed that they have experienced a significant improvement in their tinnitus, after having been given B12.

According to this study carried out by the National Center for Biotechnology, patients with deficiencies in B12 showed a significant improvement in their tinnitus levels.

3. Vitamin C
